My last blog post was kind of dramatic, huh? A lot has happened in the four months since CBG closed their doors. It’s 2026 now and I’ve been very busy! Let Slip the Beasts is back online and is available on more platforms than ever, including itch.io and Overdrive, which I think is pretty cool, and soon it will be available on Bookshop.org, which is even cooler.

I still haven’t sorted out a paperback, though. I’m missing the back cover and a spine, and figuring out formats?? Do I want to keep the same format CBG chose and then publish the sequel in the same format so they match? Or do I choose a cool new format, publish both books in that format and then alienate the readers who’ve already both a physical copy by not providing them a matching set?….decisions, decisions.

In other news, book 2 is progressing nicely and a 2026 publishing date looks very feasible. Can’t wait to share more!
